For one simple price we can collect you in our pet taxi, help with journeys to the vet, the dog groomers, to the kennels or even if you have a puppy you just want to get used to travelling.


You choose, we drive wait with you or assist you if required and take you home again.

Please state when you contact us if your pet has any additional requirements.

We are happy to assist you and your pet in any way we can.

The care of our customers and their pets is our utmost priority when travelling with us.

Our service is tailored to suit each individual customer and our much loved furry friends!


We offer an in-person or over-the-phone consultation for all of our services. (A small fee of £23.50 applies up to 45 mins).


Please be informed that additional charges will apply on weekends, bank holidays and after 17:30 on weekdays for all the services.

We will require your dog to be booked in for a 4-6 week trial before we can proceed with all regular bookings, in order for us to assess your dog to ensure he or she is suitable for daycare and group walkies. The assessment period will help us to understand your dogs personality and evaluate how they are around other dogs, as well as being comfortable in a new environment.

Alongside dogs and cats, we also cater for small animals such as rabbits and hamsters after all they also require feeding when our humans are on holiday! Please contact us for bank holiday fees. 

If you have more than 1 pet, please feel free to contact us, and we can discuss more specific needs to suit where appropriate and can often offer a discount when there are more than 1 pet to a household.




All stays of 48 hours and under will need to be paid for in advance, any duration over this will require A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking cost is required upfront upon booking, in order to safely secure your pets place. 

Where a cancellation is made due to COVID-19 restrictions, a credit will be applied to your account to be used towards future care.




Day care & Dog Walking

All clients are required to give a minimum of 72 hours notice before the booking start date to cancel or reschedule.

This will allow My Pawfect Pooches to accept other requests to fill the day care or dog walking slot.


Any cancellations or rescheduled bookings, which are made less than 72 hours before the service start time will incur a small fee, as another dog from our waiting list could have taken the slot booked. The amount due for cancellations will be 50% of the scheduled service. (i.e  £10.25 for 60 mins walkies as the price is £20.50)

(Unless changes are made due to COVID-19 restrictions.)

Please note: All dogs are expected to be up to date with vaccinations, are up to date with flea & worming treatments. All food, medication, treats, & their bed is to be provided by the client to keep pets familiar and consistent. It can also help to have an item of clothing with their owners scent for any overnight stays, to put the dogs mind at ease. (Please send over your dog's vaccination certificates, alongside your completed Pet Sitting & Day Care Service Consultation Form)

Unfortunately, we are unable to care for dogs who suffer from any of the following conditions: severe or chronic diarrhea or separation anxiety, at this stage we are unable to make exemptions from the cancellation policy on this occasion. We cannot look after dogs who are not house trained, are in season or have had a recent medical procedure. 

For new clients, full upfront payment is required for walkies and day care.
